Abdul Khaliq born March 23, 1933 in a small village "Jand Awan" in district Chakwal (Punjab) in Pakistan. He is a retired Pakistani sprinter who competed in 100m, 200m and 4 x 100 metres relay. He participated in the 1956 Melbourne Olympics and 1960 Rome Olympics.[1] A real version of Khaliq features in the 2013 Bollywood filmBhaag Milkha Bhaag, focusing on his rivalry with Indian athlete Milkha Singh.
